Chromatography

The Department of Chromatography is in charge of testing pesticide residues cin order to verify that the quantity of these compounds don’t exceed the Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) in those products intended for human and animal (including infant feeding) consumption..

KUDAM Laboratory operates under the UNE EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and we analyze more than 700 pesticide residues such as organophosphates organochlorines, pyrethroids, carbamates, thiocarbamates, imidazoles, triazoles and others).

KUDAM analyzes other parameters such as:

  • Nitrates
  • Glyphosate
  • Perchlorate
  • Fosetyl
  • Herbicides
  • Dithiocarbamates
  • Ethephon
  • Phytohormones…

Technical equipment:

  • Gas chromatographs with mass spectrometry detector (triple cuadrupolo).
  • High performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC) with mass spectrometry detector (triple cuadrupolo).
  • Ion chromatographs.
